POLICY

• The ride starts and ends at Casa da Lomba.

• Rides may be taken at different locations of the island under specific conditions to be negotiated with the clients.

• Age: Minimum: 10 years and Maximum age: 75 years.

• Booking: reservations can be made via e-mail or phone with 24 hours in advance.

• To keep the safety of the ride, each tour is limited to four persons.

• The use of helmet is mandatory (provided by the company).

• Cancelations made with less than 24 hours lead to the payment of a lump sum of € 20 per person.

• Before the beginning of the ride, a briefing with safety instructions will be made. Beginners will receive specific instruction on how to handle a horse.

• Riders weight: up to 95 kg under the Portuguese legislation.

• All riders are covered under a specific insurance.
